Please ask your designer to contact us and we would be glad to send them a quote. If you do not have a designer, please contact us and we can guide you through our process.
How long does it take for me to receive the furniture once I have placed an order?
After we receive your order and deposit, handcrafting your furniture will take 12-16 weeks. This does not include shipping time. Demand for our furniture is heaviest during the spring and summer months. During these periods of high demand, wait times can grow to 20 weeks. Our reliance on highly skilled hand labor and not machines governs the number of pieces we can make at any given time.
How does the outdoor furniture ship to my home?
We offer several different delivery options. If you are working with a designer, we would be glad to ship your furniture to their receiving warehouse. If you would like it shipped directly to your home, we can assist in coordinating a white glove delivery on your behalf.
Do you accept credit cards?
We only accept payment by check, wire or electronic transfer.
Do you accept returns?
All McKinnon and Harris sales are final. We do not accept returns as the furniture is handmade specifically for you.
