Located amongst offices of interior designers, art galleries, and antique shops, this thoughtfully designed space reflects the brand’s refined aesthetic of edited form with carefully chosen details and the restrained palette signature to all of the brand’s showrooms. Among the notable antiquities in Dallas is a 2nd-century Roman marble Togatus, originally part of the Doria-Pamphili collection, which was assembled in 17th-century Rome and later became part of the Chrysler Museum collection in Norfolk, Virginia. Other significant pieces include a Byzantine limestone font from the 4th-6th centuries, a Roman marble composite capital from the 2nd-3rd centuries, and a pair of late 19th-century Val d’Osne snake urns. Serpents, which have been featured in gardens since ancient times, can be found in every McKinnon and Harris showroom. The space also displays floor to ceiling drapery crafted from McKinnon and Harris Italian Performance Fabrics, complemented by a curated display of their textile offerings, designed to inspire creativity and collaboration among clients and colleagues.
