McKinnon and Harris welcomes our designer clients to our hometown of Richmond, Virginia — celebrating beauty, craftsmanship, and connection during peak springtime blooms. Guests enjoy cocktails and dinner in co-founder Will Massie's city garden, followed by a visit to our Richmond workshop and a day of inspiring garden tours through the city we call home.

While April in Paris is a dream, so, too, is January. That's when many of the world's best interior designers descend on France for Déco Off, seeking out the new life in the city of light. Amid this annual festival, we find joy in gathering our designer friends within the city's storied homes and cherished tables.

McKinnon and Harris hosted a dinner at Pétrelle Restaurant during Paris Deco Off to celebrate the launch of our Toccare performance fabric collection.

Proceeds from this annual July event benefit the Nantucket Historical Association; it brings together design world luminaries for thoughtful conversations within the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and historic preservation. It also gives us the opportunity to share Will’s Hinckley picnic boat on sunset cruises with our esteemed clients and friends.

At the highest level, our purpose is to elevate and inspire through art and design. Newly established in 2026, the McKinnon and Harris Artist in Residence Program allows us to celebrate art’s unique ability to uplift, supporting the excellence of artist communities within and outside of our walls.

Our inaugural Artist in Residence is Richmond, Virginia-based artist and plantswoman Anne Blackwell Thompson. She creates beautiful, artistic compositions through the preservation of foliage and flowers using centuries-old techniques.

London's Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour transforms into WOW!house for the month of June — an immersive showhouse where the industry's most celebrated designers collaborate with brands. McKinnon and Harris has had the honor of collaborating with Katharine Pooley and Randle Siddley.

Palm Beach is a place buoyed by sunshine and impeccable taste. Whether meeting dockside at the Palm Beach Boat Show with our partners at Hinckley or hosting intimate dinners to honor our Kips Bay collaborations, we delight in these moments of shared inspiration.

Each March, DesignLA brings the city's design community together for a celebration of craft and creativity. Over the years, McKinnon and Harris has been proud to take part in a variety of ways – hosting cocktail parties, curating window displays, and joining panel discussions that spotlight the artistry behind exceptional design.

We opened our Dallas, Texas showroom in 2024 on Slocum Street in the Design District, surrounded by the offices of interior designers, art galleries, and antique shops. Thoughtfully designed, it embodies our refined aesthetic with curated details, extraordinary antiquities and our signature restrained palette.

We celebrated our 2025 Atlanta Showroom opening with an intimate dînatoire followed by a festive cocktail reception with our friends at Milieu Magazine. Within ADAC, this showroom is a natural extension of our presence in the Southeast.
